Spanish police have dismantled a Scottish drugs gang led by Steven Lyons, who was arrested in the Netherlands after being deported from Bali. The Civil Guard said 14 arrests were made in four countries, with 20 others under investigation. Lyons is expected to arrive in Spain in two to three weeks, pending extradition.
